LeisureBoost is a trading name of The Tech Factory LTD. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms govern the provision of Facebook Ad Marketing services, website design and hosting, and social media marketing services provided by LeisureBoost. By signing up for our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
2. Services Provided
LeisureBoost offers Facebook Ad management, social media marketing, web design, and website hosting services for businesses within the leisure and hospitality industry.
2.1 Facebook Ad Management
Our Facebook Ad management service includes:
- Campaign strategy and planning
- Ad creation and management
- Audience targeting and optimisation
- Performance analysis and reporting
2.2 Social Media Marketing
We provide social media management, including content creation, scheduling, engagement strategies, and paid social campaigns.
2.3 Web Design & Hosting
We offer professional web design and secure hosting solutions tailored for leisure and hospitality businesses.
Additional services may be provided as agreed upon in writing.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full before work commences, unless otherwise agreed.
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
- Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, the client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary access to ad accounts, websites, and relevant marketing assets required to implement our strategy to maximise performance.
- Ensure compliance with Facebook’s advertising policies and other relevant advertising platform regulations.
- Respond to LeisureBoost’s communications in a timely manner.
- Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the effectiveness of our services.
5. Performance & Results
While we strive to deliver outstanding results, LeisureBoost does not guarantee specific outcomes or return on investment. Ad performance is influenced by factors such as:
- Market conditions
- Industry competition
- Audience behaviour
- The effectiveness of the client’s booking process, pricing, and customer service
5.1 Recommended Optimisation Period
LeisureBoost recommends that clients allow a minimum campaign optimisation period of 3–4 months before evaluating overall performance, return on ad spend (ROAS), or long-term results. Digital advertising performance improves over time as data is gathered, audiences are refined, and campaigns are continuously optimised.
While many clients may begin to see strong performance earlier — and in some cases LeisureBoost may achieve a positive return or approximately 4x ROAS within the first 1–2 months — this is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as a fixed outcome.
The client acknowledges that early-stage campaigns often require testing, learning phases, and incremental adjustments. Decisions to pause, cancel, or significantly alter campaigns before the recommended optimisation period may impact performance and could prevent campaigns from reaching their full potential.
6. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeisureBoost (The Tech Factory LTD) from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Non-compliance with advertising platform policies.
- Legal disputes related to the client’s business or advertisements.
- Inaccurate information or materials provided by the client.
- Third-party claims related to our services.
7. Service Termination
LeisureBoost reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of:
- Non-payment of invoices.
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- The client’s involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
If a client wishes to cancel services, a 30-day written notice is required.
7.1 Campaign Access & Removal Rights
All advertising campaigns, account structures, audiences, creative assets, copy, tracking configurations, and optimisation frameworks created by LeisureBoost as part of our services remain the intellectual property of LeisureBoost (The Tech Factory LTD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where services are terminated due to non-payment, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or cancellation within the minimum service period, LeisureBoost reserves the right to:

Suspend access to campaigns and associated assets created by us;

Remove, archive, or permanently delete advertising campaigns, audiences, creatives, tracking setups, and related configurations developed by LeisureBoost;

Revoke any proprietary campaign structures or materials implemented during the service period.
If a client cancels services in accordance with the required notice period and all outstanding invoices have been paid in full, LeisureBoost may, at its sole discretion, leave campaigns active within the client’s advertising account. However, LeisureBoost is under no obligation to maintain, transfer, or provide ongoing use of proprietary campaign structures or materials.
The client acknowledges that continued use of LeisureBoost’s campaign frameworks without an active service agreement or without full payment of fees constitutes unauthorised use of our intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
LeisureBoost shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue or business disruption).
- Failure to achieve specific business results.
- Any loss incurred due to platform policy changes, technical failures, or force majeure events.
Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for our services.
9. Amendments & Updates
LeisureBoost reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Agreement to These Terms
By engaging with LeisureBoost’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
